I have been back to The Netherlands since Monday. Yesterday I started to work again although I was and am still suffering from jet lag. The time difference between Jakarta, Indonesia and The Netherlands is 5 hours.
These past two days I woke up at 2 am (7 am Jakarta time). Yesterday, I sent a WhatsApp message to a friend in The Netherlands at 2.30 am cause I was fully awake without realising I might waking her up.
I function alright and am able to perform at work but my body is still adjusted to Jakarta time. It seems like jet lag becomes worse with years in my case. Because of this I missed writing MM last Monday.
I found this infographic about beating jet lag. I have never done the before the trip tips, but I did the rest. And they seem to work after a day or two.
Tomorrow I expect this to be over. I hope I get enough energy to edit some pics after work. Pics I want to share here about my two weeks holiday in Indonesia. Stay tuned folks!
